1. General Policy: TripSpin Travel acts as a facilitator between the customer and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, visa agencies, railway services). All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.Therefore, cancellations and refunds are governed by their policies. However, we assist in initiating and processing refund requests where applicable.

2. Flight Tickets: Flight cancellations and changes are subject to the airline’s cancellation policy. Airlines may charge a cancellation fee based on the fare type, time of cancellation, and route. Some fares may be non-refundable, while others allow partial refunds. Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated after approval from the airline and may take 7–21 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method.

3. Hotel Bookings: Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. Many hotels allow free cancellation within a limited time (e.g., 24–72 hours before check-in). Some bookings are non-refundable or partially refundable. TripSpin Travel will assist in communicating with the hotel, but the final refund amount is determined by the hotel provider.

4. Train Tickets: Train bookings are subject to cancellation rules laid out by the respective railway authorities (e.g., IRCTC). Cancellation fees, time restrictions, and refund eligibility may vary depending on ticket class and time of cancellation. Refunds may take 7–10 business days once approved.

5. Visa Services: Visa service fees paid to TripSpin Travel are non-refundable once the application process has started. Embassy/consulate visa fees are generally non-refundable, even in the case of rejection or withdrawal. Any courier, documentation, or processing fee is also non-refundable after service is initiated.

6. Service Fee Refunds: Any service fees charged by TripSpin Travel (for consultation, documentation, visa guidance, or itinerary planning) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered, regardless of the outcome. In rare cases of duplicate payment or billing errors, a full refund will be issued after review.

7. Refund Processing: TimeRefunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–21 business days, depending on the service provider and payment gateway. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or external agencies.

8. Force Majeure: TripSpin Travel will not be liable for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, Pandemic or epidemic-related travel bans, Political unrest or government regulations, Airline or hotel bankruptcy. In such cases, refund eligibility will be subject to the third-party provider’s policies.
