4. Visa Assistance: We assist with visa applications by offering guidance on documentation and process steps. However: Approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate. We do not guarantee visa issuance or processing time. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their information and documents. TripSpin will not be liable for rejections, delays, or missed travel due to visa denial.

5. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies depend on the travel provider (airline, hotel, train, etc.).TripSpin Travel will assist with processing cancellations and refund requests where applicable. Any refund is subject to provider policies and may involve deductions (e.g., processing fees, penalties). Service fees paid to TripSpin Travel for consulting or processing are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

6. Limitation of Liability: TripSpin Travel acts solely as a facilitator. We do not own or operate flights, trains, hotels, or visa centers. We shall not be held liable for: Delays, cancellations, overbooking, or changes made by third-party providers. Travel disruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes). Loss or damage to personal belongings during travel. Errors or omissions in traveler-submitted data. In no event shall TripSpin Travel’s liability exceed the service fee paid to us by the client.

7. Intellectual Property:  All content on this website (text, images, logos, branding) is owned by or licensed to TripSpin Travel. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.
